Peter van Beuzekom,
Back o Bourke Fruits Crop Manager.
Back o Bourke Fruits operate a horticultural enterprise encompassing 155 ha tablegrapes, 110 ha citrus, and up to 60 ha melons, on two properties, principally Bourke and a smaller farm at Cunnamulla. T4group has performed all seasonal work on our property for the past seven years. Three years ago Sedat started operating as a contractor, supplying seasonal labour. He has provided us with a stable and reliable work force, in a geographical area where traditionally labour supply is very unreliable at best. T4group has proved that he can operate very proficiently in difficult conditions. His performance both as an employer and a labour contractor are exemplary. He is extremely obliging, very easy to work with, and is highly respected by his peers. T4group continued reliable performance gives us confidence in our seasonal planning, and we look forward to a long term association.

Back ‘O' Bourke Fruits
Cunnamulla
T4group carries out operations on the vineyard in which I manage. As these tasks only last for 6 months of the year he has requested if I could pass on my personal opinion of his performance. Firstly, I would like to explain the environment in which he performs these tasks. Being situated in Cunnamulla Qld has its disadvantages. Extreme heat during harvests, Remote location and accommodation shortages are just a few problems in which he manages to keep a team of people together. This property consists of 20 000 vines which are 5 year old. T4groupt has carried out all of the work on the vines and I am happy to say they are all very tidy and productive vines. A high productivity operation such as harvest requires 30 odd pickers. T4group never has problems suppling people and reach demands that I require of him. Carrying out tasks in a different method is always done to my requests. In closing I believe that T4group would be very capable of completing any task asked of him in a very professional manner. I would only be too happy to answer any further queries in relation to T4group.
